    You cannot fill from the reservoir cap when you loose that much antifreeze. Disconnect one of the upper hoses and fill from there. Burp the system by massaging the upper radiator hose while idling, then disconnect again and add more. Repeat until most of the air is out of the upper radiator...

    Oil pressure question

    Did it go any higher than 40 while driving? Both my Vipers get to 60psi under load. Revving without a load may not quite get it all the way up to full pressure. Plus the gauge lags a bit. Idling as low as 20psi is normal. Also, ask him what oil he uses. You didn't say where you are located...

    Both my Vipers' doors stay open no matter what position I leave them in. But I also refuse to grease the hinges, knowing I may loose that ability.
