Agreed, in this economy it probably won't be too hard getting one. The Viper brand has a great loyality base but not as many people nearly want them as say the Ferrari market where this tends to happen with their most popular models. Worst case scenerio, is a difficult time in the first year but...
Easy was to describe, GEN II for hands down better looks and raw driving feel. Gen III for a easier driveability exotic car that is a bit newer. Good luck in your search and just remember, either way, when you get a Viper, it's a Viper regardless.
I would have to agree that this would be a limited occurance. I am a realist when it comes to values on here but to have a clean car at auction for that price is very rare. It would most likely have to be a high mileage example and or have a history.
Take the offer and move on. Waiting two, three, four months, etc for a few thousand dollars more (a possibility, not a guarantee) is really not worth it. With winter setting in shortly, only a person in a warm climate is going to most likely want to purchase a Viper now, and when the buyer pool...
I think the R8 is a great daily driver. Other than that, it does not do anything for me. If I was going for an fun exotic, I would just go with the Gallardo since they are built on the same frame and made by the same company. I just feel like the Gallardo looks sexier and for close to the same...
Very difficult to find a good R8 in the $80s. If you even find one it will have high miles and probably a history. You still need a good $100K mininum to get a good R8 and that is still a 2008 model, 2009 if your lucky.
M6 is a good buy right now. Lots of power and very reliable. If you are...
Coming to a Viper board, we all know what the answer to this question is going to be. Regarding the other cars, it all depends on what you are looking for. I have driven them all and came to the following conclusions:
Dodge Viper
Raw power and edge of your seat fun. Need to be aware all the...
If that car had a clean title it would be worth high $30s maybe $40K depending on the time of year sold. With that issue, it is very hard to find that car being worth more than $30K. You have to keep in mind with not one but TWO issues, this car is going to be a tough sale. I have no idea what...
I was thinking the same thing. I am amazed that they were able to keep it under wraps this long. It never happens that way. Someone always leaks something. I think all other car companies should take note because apparently Dodge did something right with hiding the car, well unless of course...
Re: Need HELP GEN 2 RT/10 Driver Seat - Can't Figure out how to put it back together!
Got a picture of this new seat James? Very interested to see how it came out. Glad Chuck was able to help.
