    Used 08 pricing all depends on color. I know of $60K Venom Red versions up to $78K black ones. All depends. I think good deals are in the $60s for a used one depedning on mileage, color, and options.

    I have spoken with a few dealers on 08s and 09s and I am insulted at some of the prices they are calling "employee pricing". $90K, $85K, $88K, etc. etc. etc. I just laughed

    Yeah I am not sure I know anyone that has bought any of those colors. I still want to see Anaconda in person. As for Violet, I like Sapphire better but then again when I saw it, the car was in doors. I recall only hearing about 50 Violet cars made so there are very rare.

    There is no way that $73K is cheap. I can spew of a list of cars that have just sold for a lot less but I can't or else it is a violation. I will just say that they were not SSG but I do not think SSG commands a $10K or $15K premium over cars in regular colors (red, black, orange) with A LOT...

    Pigcorn, the loan pratices have tightend up SEVERLY over the last several months. Many banks that would allow you to purchase private party no don't, many banks require 5 lines a credit to be opened for a mininum of 3 years and in good standing, 700+ Credit scores are almost a must, etc. etc...

    Help....too hard of a decision...

    Nothing beats the open air convertible on those nice summer nights but coupes are more pratical. It all comes down to what you like. For resale Coupes have shown to always be worth more.

    How long do OEM clutches with stock HP last?

    40K - 50K is the norm on these cars with stock horsepower. I got 44K out of mine and Chuck told me I had about 5K miles left on it when replaced but we were already in for the slave cylinder so we replaced the clutch, flywheel, and slave.

    If you want a lease go with that car but for purchasing the buyout will have you paying more than it is worth. As for a new Black 08 Coupe with Stripes, pretty hard to come by now. If you find one the chances that they are going to give a good discount like you have heard of are slim to none...
