Burping the coolant system on these cars is a pain. It sounds to me like you have a huge leak somewhere. The upper tank should be 100% full. The lower tank should be 1/2 full. 2000 IAC Gasket part number?
Not the same gasket as far as I can tell. That is for the IAC motor to the IAC housing, not the housing to block.- viper1313
