Fix it, then sell it. Not many who want to buy a non running Viper and have to guess what it will take to fix it. You would be giving it away in a non running condition.
Probably 60ish give or take a few grand. I do follow the market, BAT and other venues. The prices vary significantly based on year, condition and mileage. $45,000 to $70,000 seems to be the range for non ACR Gen 2 GTS.
