I've had Motons on my '09 for three years. I bought them used. Never had a problem with them. Initially went with 500f/700r spring combo and it rode better than stock. Springs are cheap.
I'd be pretty happy with that. That's ~50 rwhp out of the heads and intake without being able to tune it properly. The heads flow pretty good stock. What was your a/f ratio?
5 lb fire extinguishers are readily available. You may have to fabricate your own mount though. I made a simple one out of mild steel. Made two bends, drilled two holes, and bolted it to the floor using the two front seat track bolts.
Been running E85 for years in my daily driver which is a '92 model year vehicle. No problems whatsoever. I also ran it in my '99 Viper GTS with a Roe supercharger. Again, no problems.
There is actually one large gray connector that the seat's wiring harness plugs into. The white two wire connector does not need to be disconnected because it's part of the seat's wiring harness. I assume the two wire connector is for the seat belt switch. Everything else has to do with the...
Might actually be 85 but that's getting into dangerious territory in my opinion. The bolts should be longer for more thread engagement in the aluminum knuckle. I pulled the threads out of one of mine so I installed studs in all of them like the ACR-X's have.
