    Thanks everyone for suggestions. I just took her to the shop to have new oem header gaskets (got them from Tator),,installed as well as the 3:55's. Also AB plug wires,new pilot2's on rear and new B&M short throw shifter...i also asked him to check for vacuum leaks etc... while doing the work...

    I guess i will wait and let the mechanic down at the dealership do the header gaskets first and if that isn't it,i will either get him to check vacuum leaks or i will myself. When he did plugs he said he had to replace one missing header bolt and retorque some others. Should have had him replace...

I am taking her in for a gear change(355's),header gasket change, new AB plug wires ,new Michelin tires and a new B&M short throw shifter on the twenty first at the dealership. Just finished my garage and have been shining her up .LOL...Even doing that is fun...

    Mine is a Gen 1 and i found out from Woodhouse the MGW will not fit on it. So i am going to go with the B&M short throw shifter.     If i were going to do it from the bottom,i would sure have clutch and flywheel checked at least,even though that was replaced only 3k ago...but i will be going in from the top .     Oh yes,i will be driving it . Just won't be driving it hard and speed shifting . I beleive i may still have it done but want to get some other things taken care of first and see how the new 355's feel. I'll talk to the Dodge mechanic here and see if he feels comfortable doing the shifter change...
