Below are the renderings for the custom instrument gauges. Changes made to all gauges were; new font style, text size reduced, new needle indicator, added Sneaky Pete (snake)logo and Viper GTS text.
Speedometer -(km/h)
I removed the mph numbers from the gauge for clarity. Also increased to 400...
WOW!!!!! :omg: It sounds to me like they are in the ripping of customers business! :( And it sounds like they have been doing it for a long time.
Unbelievable is all I can say!!
So it sounds like SVS has taken advantage of many customers over a period of time. Is that not reason enough to ban SVS from the VCA? :dunno:
I know that VCA banned another tuner because they @#$%$ customers.
Hey DrumrBoy...you have shown a lot of patience with SVS!! Much more patience than I have. It looks like they would rather chose to hide under a rock instead of admitting their mistakes and making good on their service. I can't imagine how upset you must be! :omg: I would be absolutely LIVID...
Nope! Polishing not done yet :D Haven't even started to polish...probably a couple of years from now. :lmao:
I have almost come to the conclusion that it is in fact a Gen. II (deux). Yuka yuka yuka :smirk:
My project is a Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring project which will hopefully be complete by spring 2009. :omg: :D These are the things I do to myself :smirk:
Project includes:
engine build
tranny build
differential build
interior "tweaking"
exterior "tweaking"
maybe shocks...
I am contemplating painting my Viper engine block. Is it okay to paint the aluminum block? Will the engine still stay cool? Are there any other issues?
Thanks in advance for any advice. :2tu:
Cheers
Jason

Thanks in advance for the input!

Wow! This is the ultimate compliment to the Viper and my work! :2tu: I really appreciate you sharing your story with me.
I can honestly say that a Corvette and a Viper are totally two different animals. The Viper is the ultimate muscle car! :headbang: How many cars do you know that have...
Only has 1800 miles :D And I'm still rippin' it apart :omg: ;)
Basically I want to build this car to a level that will scare the living #$%$ out of me! That's my goal! :2tu:
Yes, Tom will be modeling the whole car for me. Refer to my previous post for details on the renderings that I will be getting.
Tom has suggested that anyone could have their Viper modeled by him because he will already have the architecture complete...based off my Gen. II GTS. So it will be...
Very well said! :2tu:
Paolo just called me to answer my final remaining questions that I had. He is a stand up guy and believes in service, service, service!! :headbang:
Yup, I'm selling my hood. The way I look at the whole thing is that my Viper is a modified car to begin with. Just like the Shelby Mustangs. So I will never bring the car back to original (before Hennessey) modifications. Just my $.02 ;)
Yes sir...I have hired a 3D modeling guru to prepare a...
Thought I would post the first piece of rendering received. I can't wait to see the wheels complete! :2tu: This is just the beginning :eater:
**this rendering will be changed to represent 6 lugs instead of 5 lugs.
