Wow, you guys have some cool floors (Wanted & Red Snake). If you were to do it over again would you do anything different? How is the maintenance? Do you have radiant floor heat? The kids play a lot of sports in my building - are your floors very slippery if they get wet?
Approximately 40 - more if we move the pool table and the batting cage (the brass pole is attached so it's not going anywhere). This building is 60' x 120'.

I have never met anyone who said they wished they had built a smaller garage/barn.
If you are a car guy or hobbiest, I would recommend that you build the largest building that you can. If you are going to have cars you will want a lift and in KC I would recommend radiant floor heat. IR heat...
I've had things stolen - it cuts deeper than just loosing some stuff. You do feel violated and you want to cause the person who did it a great amount of pain.
I'm sure there are a lot of people interested in how your insurance company handles this so please stay in touch.
Hopefully, if all is...
Thanks for the info.
We got a little crazy in the carts at about 2:00 a.m. on a Saturday night a couple weeks ago - the road rash down my left side and arm has mostly healed. I think I'll go back to doing my "stunt driving" in our Polaris Ranger - It's a little safer for the over forty/happy...
Also, I have a couple of those Hammerhead go carts (as seen in the photo under the lift)- aren't they a riot? The kids get tired of dad and his buddies running off with them.
I am planning to buy another Viper next year and I'm not sure what I am looking yet but I think silver with blue stripes just made the list - that car looks Hottt!!!
The weed wackers and other implements of destruction hanging on the wall next to the car make me a little nervous...I guess I've had kids for too long. I'm always checking to make certain that nothing can get knocked over and onto the cars.
Ah yes, the old buy the car and don't tell the wife ploy - I know it well.
Bones heal, chicks dig scars and america has the greatest doctor to dare devil ratio in the world!!:usa:
It seems to be on the right side of the car and to the rear of the motor area.
I had to get to other things so I didn't hang around and check the fluids - I'll do that tomorrow.
I have a small puddle under my car...it a yellowish color - like vegetable oil. It doesn't have a smell to it (that I can distinguish) and it is moderately oily. It seems to be occuring while the car is parked and not running but that could just be a slow drip from the underside of the car...

Black is great to look at but I could never own a black car. Black Vipers look hot but I could never deal with the way it shows the smallest imperfections. I'm always walking by my red car looking at it from different angles spotting little swirl marks to polish out. Maybe it's because I'm a new...
Congratulations...I just had mine delivered last month and can clearly recall that excitement, anxiety and the pangs of withdrawl the first time I had to put it away for the night. Same experience - I purchased unseen (from Premier Sports Cars in Springfield MO.) and was pleasantly surprised...
I started to explain to him that it's just a fun car to drive and that I don't think too many women are interested in the clown behind the wheel but he wasn't interested in hearing that.:+:
The guy who took the pictures yesterday did say "with that car you could get all of the ass in the world" - his girlfriend just smiled and nodded.
Also, why do people always want to lean on the car? A friends wife and his sister came over to ride my horses today and when they were done they...
