ACR seat/ Anti-submarine harness
Well, it depends on the size of your crotch! Sorry, couldn't help myself. You have a valid point. I find the anti-sub belt does help to keep the harness held low on your gut and really allow you to crank down on the over-the-shoulder belts. And like Bruce said, 6" is better than the footwell...- Mark Young

8 min video of Nurmb Ruf Porsche

Brakes 101..
Oh yeah? Well I spent most of my time on a friggin' tractor from 1983-1992, plus a fair bit more from 1992-1997. Is the ACR worth the Money?
Everyone has some great points. There was a loooooong thread on this a while back, look through the archives, but it comes down to what you plan to do with the car I think. If you're a true race head, you'll probably take an approach like David's, which is better for the reasons he pointed out...- Mark Young

Porsche vs Viper
You should pick up last months Motor Trend. They did a shootout with a bunch of cars, including the new 911TT and an ACR (finally!). The thing that surprised the hell out of me was slolemn. I expected the awd Porsche to kickass but it didn't, the ACR beat it. I still like both cars, but I LOVE...- Mark Young

Buying a new Viper out of state in CALIFORNIA...TAXES,etc..need help?
I just did this so I'll throw in my $.02. I bought a '99 from Woodhouse and everything went smooth as butta'. When you go to DMV to register they will ask how much you paid for the car, it will actually be on the form itself to fill in. What I have yet to have happen is for DMV to ask for any...- Mark Young

Who has done Bobby Archer or Sean Roe's revalved Koni/spring Upgrade?

Ok, first off, as was mentioned, go visit http://www.durangoclub.com. I have a 2K SLT+, 4WD, 3.92 Rear, etc. Your first mod should be the airbox, its really restrictive on the D. Instead of just plain K&Ns, I went with the Stage 3 intake from Intense Performance...- Mark Young
