I would love to do the Gumball one year. Looks like at least one Viper didn't fare so well (I think he had a NJ plate).

bmw1952, I am also in Jersey and when I bought my 96 I brought it right over to Chuck Tator's shop. It is really not far from the Tapenzee and was well worth the trip. He has a really neat shop and was very helpful.
Re: TSB for Gen 1
I have heard that it is best to just stick to resycing the throttle bodies periodically rather than going with the above fix. I believe that the explination was that as the heat in the engine bay causes parts to expand and contract slightly, the fix may actually just end up...
Re: Help my bladder won\'t hold......
I would think that once you take the seat out you could probably use a little water around the seams to see if it bubbles once it is pumped up.
Well I checked out the dealer. They had 5 Vipers one of which was an amazing looking 96 B/W with very low miles that is supposed to be bone stock. It looked brand new.
Lee00blacksilverGTS you are really getting a nice looking car.
The Silver 2002 looked nice. The owners bough it from...
That is the next town over from me. I have not heard of them-not that it means anything. If you want me to try and take a look at it in the morning I would be more than happy to do so for free.
With that said I am not a viper tech but I could verify that the car exists and could tell you if...

What are the basic steps involved? Do you basically just have to remove the weather striping and slip the new material on over it? Is it really a nobrainer?
Regardless of whether this is a scam I believe that some early 94s did have the 4 rib intake. When I was looking I noticed some 4 rib intakes on 94s. I think that once they used up the 4 rib they went to the three.
You should have seen my wife's 89 year old grandmother when she decided she had to get in my rt/10 (with the hard top on) one night after she had a couple drinks.
I had the door open for my wife and she just kind of walked up and ploped in. She was very proud of herself but wasn't able to...
Re: 17
Tirerack indicates that the PS2s should be available for the 17" cars next week. What is the big difference between Pilot Sports and the PS2s? Is one better for all around road driving? Will you generally get more millage out of one over the other? The PS2s sound like they will be...
Would it happen to be a guy named Jerry's viper? Also is the Viper native to Fargo? I went to school there and my friend's buddy has had a coupel Vipers (he is the guy that wrecked his in the Gumball the other year). If you are in a real bind I might be able to find the name of a shop that...
Sometimes I wiggle it side to side (left then right). That or I try putting some pressure on the front (down) and lift the rear side forward and up. Mine gets stuborn sometimes also.
