    Agree with Drumrboy. You didn't say what year you had but any Viper can be put on a lift with little hassle - sometimes you have to lift the car with a jack to get the arms underneath. But if they are that confused, I'd find another shop.

    Thumbs up for Rotary - but be sure to get the USA made one. Also have a German Nusbaum (Nut Tree) and it has dual controls. Pricey but saves lots of walking. Rotary is 7000 lb Nusbaum 9000 lb Both are great.
