Does anyone have any videos or instructions for removing the dashboard from 1997 GTS, I see a couple of screws are the rest clips?

Correct. Do you have a Service Manual? I am selling one.
It spells it out nicely, but not hard. After getting all(hidden ones too), it should pop up, then out. Make sure your steering wheel is at the lowest point and be careful not to scratch the window stanchions.
