Sorry for your troubles.
I may be able to help...but, diagnoses and solutions too complex for my typing appetite...and, since the 94 may be alarm related, I don't put solutions into print on an open forum for the obvious security reasons.
The other two also merit discussions as well.
Feel free...
"Hello:
I would like to thank every one for attending our event. It was a great success. We more than met our goal of 50 Viper powered vehicles !
And thanks for the positive feedback. We will do it again in 2023 tentatively the 14th which is the second Saturday in October.
Gordon Mock...
Hello Again:
If you are coming from the North or East your navigation system may want to put you on Beck Road just a half mile or so from our site. Do not use the road if you don’t have to. It is chewed up for resurfacing. Still OK to drive on but feels like a wash board...
Best to go to...
Hello Everyone:
Big green light for our event tomorrow ! Weather looks to be very nice. There is a chance for scattered rain around the area this evening and perhaps into the wee hours of Saturday. In the event that your car gets wet/dirty we will have two hose washing stations over floor...

Hello Fellow Viper Enthusiasts:
We will be hosting our 4th Elkhart Viper Gathering on Saturday October 15th. I hope you can make it and please tell any Viper friends to contact me and join the fun. There...
Assuming that all was well before you explored the TPM, it seems to me that "something is not hooked up"...or, is not making complete contact. I have seen connectors that did not fully lock on our 03 after a behind-the-dash procedure...i.e. airbag module replacement.
Look at ASD 1 fuse...can swap with lighter. Common unexpected issue with Gen III's. If this is it, easy fix...noting that it would likely be a coincidence and not a consequence of your exploratory dash experience.
You can also swap ASD relay with another unnecessary system relay as a second...
MOPAR ATF+4 in 1 quart bottles is part number 68218057AC per the latest dealer chemical catalog.
The number you listed ( 68218058AA) is for MOPAR ATF+4 in the 5 Liter container...noting that the "AA" is now "AC".
I have yet to switch out our 97's fairly fresh Dexron III.
2022 Elkhart, IN Viper Fall Gathering for ALL Dodge Viper Owners...INVITATION from Ray Sweers:

PCM provides ground for ASD relay which in turn provides battery voltage to heated O2 sensors. I still suspect your O2 sensor wires given the headers.
You can google testing procedures for these sensors...but it may be time to call Tom Sessions who is just down the coast from you in Hampstead.
BYAIC, with all due respect, I have NO intention of sharing information concerning the workarounds for the various Viper locking and alarm systems in an open forum...for the obvious reasons. I am willing to share said info on an individual basis verbally...and do so many times a week...
Save yourself some grief and get an AGM battery in Group 34 size (top terminal) with a good warranty...such as Interstate MTZ or an Odyssey. Keep car on a battery tender and consider using "hibernation mode" when not on a tender.
Should be on the door stanchion...a lever that you pull downward that pops door open when lever reaches horizontal. If you need a pic, call me at 317 402 9013 and I will send one to your phone...since Ido not post pics on forums.
Unfortunately, some doors that had "interventions" have been...
I would explore the wiring by the door hinge first...very common to find wire fractures here. Next would be the switch.
By the way, have you checked the emergency door release?
