Agreed, I'm sure ALL the GT teams noticed what cars were consistently turning the fastest laps the entire race. I believe each car passed each of the eventual podium cars at least once.
They actually did. 1 pin had sheared off when they checked during the last pit stop. They just rolled the dice with it. Not sure if was the wheels just being "old", Sebring roughness, machining issue, or a wheel lock torque issue. They are fully aware of it now though and the problem will...
I think the logo is a joke honestly. They paid a firm big $$$ and they came up with that..... FAIL. The refreshed IMSA logo looks great and at least they seemed to get the car classes right.
I have Roebling Road in Savannah rented out on May 18-19th if you are interested. We don't have instructors but I can jump in the car with you for a few sessions and show you around. It's a great little track with ony 1 wall. PM me if you're interested.
Mine does this on the track. It pops up almost every session. It is fully closed and locked when I go out. I try pulling it up and it's def. locked. Every time I come in the drivers side is popped though :/
Might wanna adjust that description as 1999 is the year they upgraded these. Should be 1992-1998. Kinda surprised the VPA doesn't know things like that.
