Texas Emissions test
Texas region as well. The way I understand it is emissions will still be required by the counties that do, safety will not/cannot be. State still collects its 7.50 for doing nothing though!- gong

Engine Computer Programmed Plug&Play 2003-06 Dodge Viper SRT-10
If building a kit car, you may want to consider a megasquirt (MS3PRO) instead of an OEM ECM. The MS3 will be cheaper, more available, and more capable. You would have to do some modifications to the harness but such is the kit car life. Best of luck!- gong
