08's and 09's 10's?

I have 2006 vert red and am ready to turn it in under lease in November. I would buy this car from the leasing Co. but due to the chatter from the engine I am turning it in. I know that this is a normal function but do the 08's 09's or the (hopefullycoming) 2010's do tyhe same this or did they fix the problem.

Looks like I will be purchasing one may be Blue with white strips

You'll probably be better off with a brand new one with 100 horsepower more, better transmission and other upgrades for about the same payment as your current lease.
