Pretty cool! I generally don't pay much attention to dyno numbers when trying to figure out a cars actual output. What's interesting is they compared it to a Callaway Vette that is supposed to make over 600 HP and the Viper beat it by 16 HP. Some of these cars have very strong engines in them - maybe this particular one was broken in just right and was also one of the 'lucky' extra strong engines.
There isn't any power difference from 2008's-2010's
That's a pretty generous dyno! Last July, 2 stock Gen IV's pulled 508-509 rwhp at and event @ DC Performance, Gen IV's w/belangers, ECU's were pulling 550-565.
