Hello all -
In planning strategy for our upcoming 8 hour endurance race (Saturday!), one of the most critical aspects is the number of fuel stops that we'll need to make.
We are trying to determine whether the 1996 RT got the larger Gen I tank (over 20 gallons) or the smaller (19 gallon) Gen II tank.
So far, the owner's manual / service manual says 19 gallons, but it's not like those things have ever been wrong.... Other owners have stated emphatically that the 1996 RT of theirs definitely had the larger tank.
If we can't find out, we may have to pump all the fuel out of it to check, but we'd rather not have to do that....
Anyone?
Thanks.....
