1998 GTS bad paint?

I have the same issues. My 98 is red and is #666 even the devil viper has bubbles. My 97 also had them and we have a 97 blue and white in the club that has them. Go Figure!!!!!!

Sounds like a re-paint to me, definitely not factory.

Never been repainted, unfortunately it's the factory paint. Discouraging to know you can have the whole area stripped, cured and repainted and they can still reappear. That's throwing some money away.

My 97 B&W has more waves than a senator in a parade on both doors, when I brought it back to the dealer, ALL the cars & the 98's had the same paint defect. I get a kick out of guy's telling me its a poor repaint.

I can live with waves, but the bubbles make the car look like an old piece of [******].

Any 96 b/w with this problem. So far the paint is great.
