I am working on a 98' for a customer which he said if had a supercharger on it in its past life (previous owner raced it). If had a small file when the vent line from intake to I believe fuel tank got on headers and melted it was put out quickly. He stated it always ran super rich. It melted some wiring insulation on wiring on fire wall beside brake booster. Did not actually damage any plug internals. Am going to replace melted wiring and solder and heat shrink it all. Unless I tan fine an injector harness. What I have found is it has different injectors in it than stock #110324 Siemens DEKA IV 80lb/hr. It also had the black box that was plugged inline to the harness that went to the injectors. It is a box of resistors to control signal I believe. Supposedly the heads are ported along with intake, headers and full exhaust. I have removed the intake yet as I giving him a quote to repair all of it. My question does anyone know anything about this box? Also could I just remove the box and install stock factory injectors and do a log on it for air fuel mixture?
