Hey, as long as you and your wife get along, what does anything else matter??? ~juli

Beer, inviting car friends and/or general friends over to start bullying the heck out of each other and ESPECIALLY the wife who will do her best to raise hell back, watching a good game on TV and going out to haul ass on the local streets/highways afterwards. Summarized: having GREAT times together :D:rolaugh::eater:

Haul ass???:omg:On local streets??? :omg: I PRESUME you mean having fun with the CARS?!!!:drive:
LOL...we are not into sports--neither of us--so we don't watch the games. I actually am more versed in football/Nascar than Mike--he has no time. YES, GREAT times together...!
AND mutual RESPECT--that's a BIGGIE!!! ~~juli

Ah well now that you mention it :eater:.. leaving the wife at home would be a great chance to go chick hunting together with the guys :lmao: Reminds me of that day that my cousin invited me to go on a small errands run and see if there were any good looking women on the roads (he DID go back to his wife for dinner afterwards). PRICELESS memories :rolaugh:
But yea, I actually "kinda" meant what you were saying.

:nono::nono: THAT is NOT RESPECT, Willem~~DUDE!!!! That's a WHOLE nother set of problems, if one wants to 'leave the wife at home to go chick hunting'????
NO one has suggested THAT here at all...oh goodie, the cousin 'went back to the wife', you are just trying to rile me up here, Willem!!! THAT is not respect. What if it were the other way around?? WIVES going out to 'beefcake' hunt??? NO-NO-NO!! R-E-S-P-E-C-T...it means to have a GREAT relationship...no 'seeking' others. (JUST because I'm in Albany, NY where the governor just got busted for doing that!!!) So, NO, Willem, what you are saying is NOT typical relationship behavior!! NOT in my world anyway!
THANX for getting me up on the soapbox!!! Off rant now...juli

Juli turn the soapbox mode off already ;) I know him better than that.. heck if there would not be full mutual trust they wouldn't have married in the first place. Tell ya one better his wife used to be quite the manhunter in her young days, how 'boutcha now :omg: Besides that... knowing my uncle he would never let him get away with doing anything to his daughter.

Well, dude---YOU started it!!! It does NOT matter about someone's PAST, as long as the present relationship is based on trust/respect...we can't change our past, we can only learn from it. You just wanted to get me riled up, I KNOW!!! ~juli

Sorry - been extremely busy at work but should be picking up the ACR this week and I'm looking forward to it. I need more garage space plus I have a SRT/8 Challenger comming in May. I guss the sleds are getting bounced outside for now.

I have to claim the value of the car as income and pay income taxes. I'm not sure what value the VCA will put on the car yet. If I sell the car for more than the original stated value, I will have to pay an additional 15% capital gains tax on that amount. I think that Uncle sam and I both won. I'm still very excited to win this raffle because it's a rare and great car.

Ron,

I know you won a great car and it will look great in your garage, on the streets, on the track and hopefully at VOI 10!!
