2 loose rivets on my rear diffuser on gen 5

Im sure this is a frequent occurrence with these low hanging rear diffusers but any suggestions on how to fix so it doesn't happen again? see pics

Not sure if I should remove the current rivet and use a larger, stronger one or just the same? thanks

I would use bolt/screw, lock washer and nut.

Can't you remove the whole diffuser to access the rivets to the blades?

definitely could but that seems like a lot more work than tightening or reattaching 2 screws. But it might be the better way to do it so it doesn't happen again.
