NICE find... You know. Sometimes you can just look at a car, and "something" doesnt add up.. This was one of those cars.. Hey, a repaint does NOT mean its a car to stay away from. But that better be HEAVILY justified in the price.. It appears, this is the case..

i contacted the seller who claims that they know nothing about the history of the vehicle but that it was never in an accident. Florida car... high miles... color change... no explanation... i'd like a road-race car but gonna have to pass on this one.

BTW, I hope that you didn't take my comment as questioning your decoding of the VIN. There was a thread about a Viper involved in a hit and run recently and someone posted that detectives couldn't match a license plate to a car's color. I looked at the Viper VIN description on the registry site and didn't see anything about color; so, I just made an assumption which, as usual, led me astray.
