...POURING DOWN RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well i finally had the opportunity to take the viper to a track day to experience it the way it was meant to be. only problem is i really should have brought a jet ski!!!!
it absolutley poured all day. nevertheless i was up for the challenge and took it around the track (CAROLINA MOTORSPORTS PARK up in Kershaw S.C. ) for a few spirited stints.
i gotta tell you the car handled much better than i thought it would in the rain and i slowly built up the nerve to get up over 120 in the back straights.
BUT after the second stint i felt the car getting waaayyy too much water in the tires and it starting darting all over the place so i decided to call it a day.
better idea than picking up the pieces in a waste basket
this must be the type weather when all the turbo porsche guys are talking about beating the vipers at the track events
