I have one of these "heart stoppers". While at the VOI 10, I saw a few others from around the country. In my opinion, there is something special about the First Edition and I really enjoy this car. Mine is #15 of 200.

Would be interesting to see how many of the 200 owners see this posting and determine where in the country these cars are all located.

Who else has one of these beauties and in what part of the country (or world) are they located.

Safe Driving.

Thought about it but the 08 stripes fit the 08 cars better. Plus it looks like a factory job. Although I do applaud the 06 owners that got the new hoods and did the wide stripes, it is different.

If I wanted a drag car I would have bought one. I happily drive a 560whp fully warranted, 25 mpg, cool cabin 08 Viper :). Plus, if I wanna go fast, I have something in the garage that would smoke most Vipers.

Edit: It was a joke also, I don't need a plaque to make me feel special, and I sure didn't buy the car so I could sell it in 40 years and make money. My car gets driven hard 90% of the time, and it makes me happy.

Thats cute... My comment was to Wallbanger for coming on here and making a stupid comment but hey... if it makes you feel better, more power to you!! We all know that vipers are not the best drag cars! I had a choice of picking up an 08 but decided on the 06 FE. You don't see me going on a 08 thread and talkin crap!

I don't need a plaque either, and I drive the hell out of my car! Who the hell wants to keep this in a garage for 30+ years to make a couple of thousand on.. It just my favorite color combo since I started with a 97 b/w...

Anyways... back to people that HAVE AND OWN FE's.... not wanna-be 08 owners.. :D just kidding just kidding

You might be confused, Wallbanger didn't make any attacks at a 06 FE until you did, and you quoted me with the whole jealousy comment, which is why I replied. Either way, a Viper's a Viper, and I love them. The 06 FE is why my car looks the way it does today, just with a little 08 flair.

#083 right here in Grand Rapids, Michigan (the second retail delivery just 4 or 5 days after Jon-B).

(Sorry Gus, I thought it was 073...guess I ought to look at that plaque more often!)

Breaking News....

Guess who from the Illinois Club just got a new Black / Red ACR 2 days ago...and let ME drive it when it was just one day old?!?! May you have the best of luck with it! Thanks Gus! I just may have to see about getting that Black / White with the Orange stripe after all! Joy and I had a blast with you and Gail!
