Wait, I freakin hate it. Tires aren't wide enough, hood angle is all wrong, carry-over windshield, Tb's aren't polished, and the computer doesn't talk to me and ask me about my favorite radio stations. What a POS! Oh and Ralph should have had on a collared shirt. Totally not buying one now.

Put down hate it. The grill and headlights don't say Viper, it says Ferrari. The rear end screams AM. At least the car doesn't have the normally wacked out wheel gap. Only 640hp, really. What happened to the 8.7L making 700hp. Why is a beast being put in a tux and made to walk in the Zoo. Let the beast out!!!!

I LOVE IT! It's totally VIPER, yet on steroids! It's what the Gen2 GTS should have been!

It's freeking beautiful, snazzy, agressive, yet stylish, idk, the best balance between yin and yang, it's just freeking beautiful.

Love the wider tires! 355s? 295s? Holy shnikes!

Better trans, better seats, better ergonomics..more high tech if you want it, (and I do) etc, etc. Everything is better than before.

This is the first car, that could get me to pry my grip off of my 2001 Gen2 GTS, that I have held in steadfast dermination for the last 11 years. This is the first car that can make me let go! I wasn't even in love with the 458 italia enough, but this Viper strikes at my heart. This car strikes me in a way that no other car does, not even Ferrari, (whom I have a great respect for), but the Viper is a different animal, it's got it's own brand of appeal. What SRT has done furthers this phenomena. The venom is spreading again through my veins! Oh what sweet surrender, what sublime bliss, wha- Where was I? oh, yeah...

My next goal, is to get this Viper GTS. Love, love, love it. Great job, SRT! Wishing you and the Viper nation lots of sucess in this new era. Thank you!

Still like my '98 GTS BEAST better. The new one is not MEAN, RAW and in your FACE! This is one of those instances where the original ICON will never be beat including it's race history. To me the GEN II GTS is like a Phantom F4. Just bad to the bone and tuff as hell. The new one is like a Gulfstream G650 with too much eurotrash influence. Two different SNAKES. One will BITE you and the other one will only hiss politely. I'll probably pick up a used GEN IV ACR cheap to go with my GTS if someone is stupid enough to trade it in for a GEN V.

Looks: The more I look at it the more I like it. It’s obviously a modern GTS with some European flair but it’s done well. I don’t like the looks as much as the original GTS but that might be because I own the original GTS.

Power: 640 HP and 600 TQ was lower than most (Including me) expected. I really thought it would be closer to 700 than to 600.

Weight: 100pds less not bad at all especially because the new interior can’t be light.

Interior: AWESOME better than I ever thought a Viper would have. Best improvement over the GEN 4 is the interior.

Nannies: Stability Control we where expecting I got over that. Wasn’t expecting Launch Control and to be honest it really bothers me. A Viper’s launch control should be the owners right foot.

Overall I like it and if I had more $$$ it would be in my garage in 9 months.

like the hp/torque ratio's
like the ability to turn on/off nannies, most drivers would like this...but not me.
like the idea you can order your color interior, most drivers want this, don't really care about the interior.
like that it has cruise control, long trips, that's nice:)
like that there's a RACE Viper for ALMS, very kewl and much needed.
was expecting a WOW feeling when I saw it, didn't feel that.:(
it was too quiet, but that's just my taste:(

Ok I was ready prepared and planning on hating the whole dam thing,
after all look at what the gen3 and 4 looked like(I am a Gen1 person)
Now I have to get used to the fact that the looks are great :headbang:the only
thing I can pick on is the stock wheels don't work for me.

I always get excited and afraid at the same time when one of my favorite cars get re-done. I was not happy with the "spy" pics of the Viper in the past few months. After seeing the "real" pics today, I freaking LOVE IT! I want one really badly. I really hope they dont overkill it with the pricing.

Just got back from the unveil and the new Viper is really nice. Better in person than from the pictures. But OMG...the new GTSR is absolutely wicked, WICKED! IMO, it stole the show standing next to the new Viper. But the interior on the new Viper is stunning. Launch control, stability control, active suspension, and even electric adjustable seats up and down. Ralph said that the new Viper gains 3 more inches of seat travel to accomodate the taller folks. It's a stunning Viper in person. I love the Gen2-cues in the new Viper. I'm not a fan of the engine coverings...it does come across as plasticky-feeling to me. The crossbrace was a nice touch making this Viper 50% stiffer than the 2010! But that GTSR is sick, can't waint to see it racing in american lemans.

I think this pole needs a couple more options. I don't love it or hate it, but I am completely sure that I like it so I'm not undecided....lol. There are a number of things I really like alot and a few that keep me from loving it but overall I think it is a win for SRT.

After seeing it in person I have to agree it is a beautiful car but it does not ***** slap you in the face and call you Suzie! This is a much more refined and subdued looking car! the inside was spot on, the rear and side of the car look great, but the front end and the hood just don't do it for me! I didn't leave the show with that oh crap now I have to sell crack to babies to get this this car feeling :rolaugh: I'm glad they are offering two versions, as the SRT version was more aggressive and Viper looking! As Far as the GTSR, forget about it! I would sell my entire family off to a canabile tribe if meant having one:omg:

I think you are a 100% right! We were lucky enough to live thru a car era that will never be seen or repeated again! That era is now dead with the release of the new snake. The gen 4s as well as the gen2s are destined to be collectibles!!
