I thought it was Interesting that they used a stock (aka 4x4) ride height car for their beauty shots instead of a lowered ringer (I have heard that manufactures sometimes load cars with heavy sand/shot bags to squat them down for photos so they can claim the car is still "stock"). It's like they are actually proud of that wheel/fender gap, but mainly it reminds me that Ralph and Company are honest. No ringers, just stock cars for testing and advertising. Refreshing for sure, but I think it puts them on he back-foot in the "magazine racing" comparison with the competition.

This was awesome. I had no idea what went into the Viper.
I've been a Ford guy my whole life but my income level has matured and I was looking at the new z06.
Needless to say that is not shaping up to be the car for me but this Viper is AWESOME.

I can't stop watching this, seriously.
I think the one feature that is so overlooked is the quality paint work and effort put into the paint job. I would hate to see this go away but I could see that happening if Dodge tries to go head to head with the Vette. There is nothing worse than rolling in a 100k car and you look at the paint and its just peel, especially today. What is passing as acceptable today on cars from a variety of manufactures is obscene. Dodge should stick with this.

I was at the Chevrolet dealership,...........looked at a few of the new Stingrays.
Unbelievable amount of orange peel texture in the paint. All of them had it.
That's how they sell them so cheap. Yes, the interior quality is much improved. And it's a great performing car, but I couldn't imagine proudly waxing one in the driveway without getting ********** at the jacked up paint.
C5 and C6 Corvettes had way better paint quality.
They improved the car as a whole, then skimped on the paint process to keep the price down.

God, that's scary. I have only seen 3 stingray's on the highway so nothing up close yet. My friends C6 z06 is yellow and the peel is significant.
I wouldn't even consider color sanding on that c7. The lines are so sharp and that factory paint is so thin, it would be next to impossible not burn through.

This is a fantastic homage to the Gen V. I was thoroughly impressed with the way they outlined the build process. I have seen similar productions (i.e. Nissan GTR), and this one is equally as good. Nice job Viper Team!!! Keep up the great work.
