Anyone know when you will be able to order a 2015, maybe after all the left overs are gone?

Interesting topic.
If you order a '15, are you expecting to pay MSRP? Can't imagine you would knowing that they will surely be discounted soon.
Are dealers discounting them now?

I would expect $10K off list from a new order or hello new ZO6.

and how much will you get off the z06? lol
Difference being the ZO6 will be a hot item for about 6 months. When I tried to buy my 5th Viper earlier this year, but was not able to due to bs deals all over the country, I bought a new Z51 Vette. Yes, I paid MSRP, I had one shipped 4 months before a local dealer could get one. Fast forward 7 months and they are being discounted as will the new ZO6. As much as I like Vipers, I do not see them bringing MSRP anytime soon unless there is a significant make over or some kind of hell snake edition.

You know there's already 6,400 Z06's ordered - sold out for '15 already. Hopefully, many are overzealous dealers who will put huge markups on them and they, too, will sit collecting dust in showrooms.

I agree. They'll try to get MSRP especially for the TA but they'll be discounting shortly.
Same car as the '14 with a goofy wing and some aero.

I would think the TA 2.0 will fetch sticker. '14 TA's were bringing $105k and the 2.0 will be $100k.

I've heard they are supposed to be very limited, though. Makes sense. Build only a handful, since the other models are selling so well.

15's are very similar to 13-14. Buy a leftover for 30% off. If you custom build one to spec as a must do, I'd do a 2.0 TA.

I've had local dealers ready to place an order at invoice with only a 15 minute discussion and sitting at the computer, that was 2 wks ago, but the ordering was limited like Bill says and no pricing was available.

So I'd expect to order at invoice since I've already gotten that deal. Hold back is in the $3500 range historically according to those dealers and they were looking to pocket that, so getting into the hold back would be the ******** negotiation, might be tough on an ordered car, but invoice was pretty much cake to get to .. just that we don't know what the prices or invoice are yet, lol.

Just to confirm, I can order a car, but the price is a pig a poke, no thanks.

i thought a base is 85k, a gt is 95k, a ta is 102k and a gts is 110k.

I know 10 days ago sitting at the ordering screen there were no prices in the system, sales is estimating prices based on the reset prices on the 14s. The dealer told me I could order and they would sell at invoice and show the open paperwork including hold back etc as soon as they get it. This system allowed the choice of a base or GT only and GT was only available in black or silver. I decided to hold off still.

There is plenty of cars left. Why would anyone buy a 100k Viper that's sitting on a lot, when they could order one.
I was at another dealer today that went to 95k for a GTS. Not bad, but not good enough, I told him 85. He said he would run in through auction first. Wait till he see's auction prices. I don't think some of these dealers have a clue.

Have u ordered one? It's like watching paint dry for over 1/2 year on a car that takes three days to build. A Lamborghini build has a 30% faster turn around time and with more units to produce.

They'll only build a few hundred 15's if they're smart. And hopefully they learned to build cars that customers have ordered and paid money for instead of pumping out dealer cars that no one orde red.

A very good point. This is how it always should be with a special built car like the Viper.
