2nd Highest BONE STOCK Horsepower!!!

LOL I don't really know if it is 2nd highest or not, but I laid down some pretty darn impressive numbers this morning! BONE STOCK!!! A little over 6k miles. Drumroll please.........436rwhp 490rwtq!!! I was hoping to do around 410, so I'm very pleased! How do I stack up?

What year is that car? Is that an ACR? Since they come with smoothtubes/filters we need you to put standard equipment back on Just teasing...since I was given a hard time about them on my post.

I am curious as to what years are generally going to post the highest numbers.

It's a 99, and yes, it is an ACR, but it IS bone stock! I'm pretty impressed with those numbers. The torque is really high! I raced my buddy who has no cats, exhaust, tubes and filters, and a VEC 1, and hung right with him! He had his wifey in the car, so he was at a little bit of a disadvantage, but we were neck and neck! That led me to believe that I had bought a pretty strong car! lol I'm happy!

Take away 12 hp for the tubes and filters to put it on a par with a GTS and you still have a strong car at 424. Congratulations.

This car is very quick. He ran against my 96 GTS. We ran dead even from 2 to the mid part of 4th gear. I did have my wife in the car and a full tank. He was alone in the car and low on fuel. Plus the ACR's are a bit lighter to start with. My best dyno was 445/493. So, I can vouch for the power of this car.

I know! I'm extremely happy with the numbers! It's one of the highest I've seen. I can't wait to start modding it! Hopefully 436 will look small!
