I was thumbing through the current issue of DuPont Registry and saw a black 95' (or either a 94..cant remember) RT/10 for sale. It is the 1st Viper that John Henn. modified. It has a 502 stroker motor and "may be the 1st ever modified Viper" (quote from ad). What really got me was the asking price...$325,000!!! Thats gotta be a typo right? I'll take a Lamborghini Diablo 6.0, and a new SRT-C and still have a little $$ left over before I bought that RT/10.

That car was on ebay a while back. They were asking some ridiculous amount then (I'm thinking the starting bid was like $150,000 or thereabouts). From what I remember, the car had a thoroughly-beat-upon interior.

Thats what I was thinking as well. I guess if it doesnt sell on Ebay for a stupid high price, might as well try to get more than double of a stupid high price and try Dupont.

There is a local Dodge dealer up here selling a '95 for $98,000 CAD. He claims it's the last of the hand built Vipers LOL I almost asked him if he's been sniffing glue!
The sad thing is, there are people out there that don't know any better and beleive him.

a bit high, yes. but hey, we are living in a time when people are willing to pay $250,000 for a 440 superbird. it may not be that far off afterall.

There is or at least was a 92 with under a hundred miles sitting in a showroom in my area. I think that they were asking 100 grand or so.
