70k and thinking I should get new rotors

Viper rotors are only good for about two pad changes before they get to the minimum thickness level. If you turn them they tend to warp. Replace only.

My two cents.

I think going with the new stock replacements is the best way to go. I have never had much luck with turned rotors.

I just got a new set of drag radials on CCWs I want to try out. I think the times are from 1-5p for the test and tune. And I am planning to go this sunday also, as I have new T&D's and complete header/exhaust package on the car. Maybe we can final meet up, and I can tell you what $hit heads you are for not inviting me.. only the OTHER Jon.... grrrrrrrrr...

We can definitely meet up and drive down together. I am not planning on leaving until maybe 1p since I have to catch some zzzz's. Let me know where you want to meet up at.

The track opens at 1pm, its 1 to 5, so leaving at one is going to give us not so good track time. The earlier you leave, the more likely you are to get some good passes in, before the crowd arives. I would say, we should be on the road by noon. I would love for us to all ride in a group, 3 Viper convoy... let me know.

Let's see, I have a hardwired Valentine 1... oh, and a new Kenwood headunit. WAIT, one more thing... I have painted red calipers.

Never tried drag racing, so I'll be lucky to break 13's (maybe 12's with my mods).

I'm cool with meeting up anywhere... what would be the most convenient place on the way to the track, without having anyone go out of their way?

oh, any one of the exits on 40, probalby exit 312 is best, its way on the way to getting there, and has a place to get gas, and get a burger if your hungry. Lets meet at Burger King, say 12:30, which means you guys definetly will need to leave your place by noon.

Also, if you seriously have never draged before, I'm more then happy to give you some pointers. I have done some pretty respectable numbers in my day
