Says it might needs new motor or rebuilt AND has 92,000 miles?
I wouldn't give over 20k for it and that might be a little high, IMO

New Motor , 10,000 (not including labor to take out old motor and put in new motor)
Mileage issue

pay 20k for car
10k for motor (if a new motor is wanted)
that's 30k and that doesn't include discount for mileage.
For 35 to 37k you CAN find GenI's under 10,000 miles..

I was wondering about the cost breakdown on the engine work because as you noted, if it requires that much, then the other ones on ebay for high 30s with low miles seem like a much better deal...

It would make a nice project car however. For example, if you were going to send it to DLM and get a Level 3 supercharger package with new pistons, rods, crank, etc. Then it would make since to buy the car with a bad engine and high mileage to save some $$.
