Ed, if you are the same Ed who left a voicemail for me today...SORRY...but the number you stated ( that also shows up on my phone) cannot be reached. One gets a recorded message that the call cannot be completed from Verizon. When trying to call you from a land line, AT&T states that your service provider is having trouble.
If you see this post, please call me again...preferably from a different number.
If you have correctly diagnosed the issue, the "fix" should take less that 10 minutes.
