In case someone still believes this is not a scam, here's the scammer's response to my inquiry:
"If you want and decide to buy the car i can ship it using Lufthansa Airlines and they will handle all import import procees and delivery you the car in almost 3 bussines days
As soon as the package arrives, you will test the car and if it does not matches 100% to your expectations, you will return it in max. 30 days sience the arrival date. In this case I will send you the full amount back and you will send me the product in the original crate and you dont have to pay the return shipping and insurance.And you are agree to pay first time 2000$ US deposit and rest of money when you receive the car?
First of all let me explain you how work the shipping . You will send me the money for shipping and next day i`ll go and make all the paper and everything what is needed for you to get the car. Deliver time will be 3 days and in the moment when you get the car receive an return policy from the agent. That return policy mean you will NOT PAY ANTHING TO SEND THE CAR BACK . All costs are payd first time here in uk . If you don`t like the car will send it back using same company with the paper the agent give you.Yes after you agree to keep the car must pay me another $17800 USD and sign for the sales contract offered by the agent who will give you the car and paper.

In this way till you will change the name for the money nobody can touch it. The delivery will start with Lufthansa Airlines and take 3-5 bussines days. Car is delivered at nearest aiport in your location and in the moment when you will go to pick it up will meet an agent from the shipping company and get car and title . AFter that transfer me rest of the money and change name at first deposit. Thanks verry much and let me know when you will be able to do first transaction so i can verify funds and ship the car."

I went after a set of viper wheels that advertised in the UK cheap (ebay). I told the guy I had friends in London that would look at the wheels and if they were in good shape they would pay him and they would ship them to me.
He replied that he wasn't in the UK but in Paris and couldn't meet them in London. Then the wheels were moved from London and actually somewhere else. I just wanted see how he'd squirm.
Same SOB I bet.
