Just bought one on e-bay for $20.00. Slightly used, no issues.

By coincidence, I was on www.4adodge.com today and in their support section they allowed me to order a 94 Viper Owners Manual ($6) and Shop Manual ($62?). I didn't complete the order, but it let me go to checkout with the items ordered, apparently available.
I had my local Dodge Dealer tell me these were no longer available, so I found them on eBay, but this website looks like it is worth a try.
