My next project for my recently purchased 94 Viper is to purge the air pockets out of the cooling system after JonB at ViperPartsRack gave me detailed instructions (great guy). Question is: has any one been able to reach through the round access hole in the front of the fender well (in front of the passenger front tire) and reach up to remove the overflow tank top cap? You obviously need long skinny arms to reach the cap. Is the cap a screw on or a pop off type? (I'm going to have my wife do it so I want to tell her how to get the cap off.............)Thanks

Easier if you remove the Wheel. My arms are short and my fingers are stubs.

I think I .could also fill the tank through the overflow hose coming from the pressurized tank up top- might be easier
