My fuel pump is going in my 1995 r/t 10 viper. At the dodge dealership in melrose ma they quoted me 3500, 1500 for the fuel pump and 2500 for labor. I think this is complete crap, so i was wondering if there were any diy's for replacing the fuel pump, where I can get one, and if there is anything else that may need to be replaced with it?? Thanks Dan

is that the price for the actual oem viper fuel pump, cause i believe you can put another fuel pump in there that is not oem and it will still work in the same way right?

I dont know the cost of the complete module but i know its hefty....

yes you can just replace the actual pump for about 200 bucks. do a searc here for walbro or fuel pump. you will find plenty of info. some of it very recently.

Labor charge is crazy, I did my gen 1 pump and it was not hard at all. Get the car up in the air, grab a few cold ones, and go at it.
