ACR Oil Pan Question

I recall there was some controversy a few years ago about whether ACR's actually came with oil ban baffles or not - maybe 98 or 99...

Question I have is: In a 2002 ACR, are there factory installed oil pan baffles?

Nope - early litereature said differnt pan - but no cars were shipped with the "performance" part.

JonB led the charge to have the pans replaced to match early specs, but was unsuccessful.

Later literature never mentioned the pans again....

PS. We are talking about the baffles only, not the pans, but I'm sure your saying pan's are the same and NO baffles are in the ACR or GTS

NO Viper delivered from CAAP has a baffled pan.

Comp Coupe excluded, but they're not built at CAAP.....

No, but an 02 does have the higher capacity pan. Simple to R&R the pan. John B. has the baffles and scallop cut windage tray. Essential and relatively inexpensive mod for road racers.

according to the specs listed on this website located under the registry page a acr has a baffled oil pan.
