Why do people use photobucket? I think flickr.com is much better. No issues about 'bandwidth'. It's free and they allow 100MB of uploads per month for free. Anyhow, I can't wait to see the pics...
Really nice shots, that was an incredibly fun weekend but it was HOT!!!!!. Next time I am finishing the Sunday race. The guys at ARCHER RACING found my electrial gremlin and we will be back at it at Hallett next month.
Keep the great pictures coming.

David,The Hoosier VRL is the spec tire for the red race group. The Michelin slick is the spec tire for the ACRX series. The Michelin tire is faster than either the Hoosier VRL or R6. Many racers outside the spec series use the Hoosier R6.

David,
Does Michelin offer 335 size tires in an 18" slick?
How did that ole boy with the green band on get out there with no helmet?
Man that car 68 looks sweet. Wonder who owns that one!!!....
A petite, cute blonde, whom we loaned a helmet.......PS her man is rumored to be tranferring out of state..... and leaving HER the car!

Looking quickly at their site, they say the first number is their tread width (in cm), the next is the diameter, then the wheel size. If this is the case, the 27 cm tread width (about 10.6") is MUCH narrower than the tread width of the 335/345 size tires (12.5"+). Is this right, or are guys running substantially narrower tires when they run the Michelin's?Yes, they use a different size designation than 335 or 345 though. They call them: 24/64-18, 27/65-18, or 27/68-18
Also they have soft, medium, and hard compounds.

I really like the R6, but the tire seems to go 'off' really quickly after only a few heat cycles.
Does anyone know where you can get the Dodge// stickers that under the headlights of the ACR'X's??
