Wow. I think it has been 3 years or more since I posted. A lot of changes on here. Hope to reconnect with a few old friends. Anyway, question of the moment...

I am looking for adjustable wheel dollies ( like the picture below) but ones that can expand to handle the 13in rear tires. I remember when I used to be active on here there was a few brands the members liked best. I can't find the posts anymore.

Anyway, what are you guys using now? Where can I find these dollies with the 13 in capacity? Thanks in advance.

Some variables to consider-

I had the popular kind that were not jacks. They were just the "skates" for lack of a better term. They did not work in my situation because I had the floor coating. They were a very nicely made product and maybe on a regular concrete floor they would have been fine.

I think the bigger the wheels (on the dollies) the better off you will be.

Harbor Freight has some that are nice and wide with a coupon $39.00 for two. They have the ones like your picture and they are not wide enough.

Yeah...I inquired about those from Harbour but they only go up to 10 inches. They are not just for my Viper but I also have a 64 Mopar with huge rears that teeters when I jack up the rear. I use standard wheel dollies with large wheels right now. So I thought this would be much safer to move them around. I have a 3 station garage but just a single door. So I have to move the cars around a lot.

For fans of old muscle....

Wow! How the hell are you!? I still have the picture of you with Russell! Yes, I still have the GTS. Looks as great as the first day I bought it. I still speak with Russell a few times a year.

Do you still have your GTS?

Yep, still have it. Not ever selling. Thinking about getting a new Z28 for a DD or putting an LS3 in my Miata. Russell was such a nice guy with a lot of cool stories about his early days. Coulda stayed there all day. Nice to hear from you.

Go Jacks are the best, and yes they come in varying widths. Made in USA, 100% mechanical, no crappy leaky bottle jacks.
