This topic is eminently searchable here.... lots of rotor options for SRT.....at least 5.
I think it is quite possible that the sponsors-advertisors here might be able to help you.
Some of their experience may come from owning 15 Vipers in past 16.5 years!

I have a TON of track days and autocross events on my Eurotech rotors and could not be happier with them, plus they look the BEST IMO.
But this is my first Viper.

Personally I have R1 Concept rotors. Not sure if many have experience with them. No problems to report, just street use.

Stoptech & Eurotech are the two that I see used on this site the most. I use the stoptechs personaly slotted not drilled for track use.

Gotta tell you I was surprised also and although 25 min. sessions are plenty long to over heat brakes these have been great so far. I have probably about 275 miles of track time on this set and they are still great. I have gone through 3 sets of pads though because of the cheese grater affect. Just wanted the look, but Neil promised me they would be fine and they are so far.

Those look dimpled not drilled. At least in the pic they don't look like holes. Mark, do they go all the way through?

Yes they are drilled and slotted. I know I know it is a no no but I like it and IF they do fail I'll get slotted only.

Back to the OP's original question about ebay rotors etc, I use ebay all the time for Viper parts, but would never buy the rotors or pads that are sold there. I mean, look at the ads - flashing lights... they come in 8 matching colors... and other eye catching things. Makes you lick your chops thinking they are the deal of the century. Well, they are if you're only comparing cost. But you'll probably only get one chance to see what an exploding rotor is like under extreme braking, because you'll either die in the wreck, or switch to quality parts after that episode.

Mark, I am the same way, of course I always tell people to go slotted for track use, but like yourself, I like the looks of the drilled/slotted and have also gone threw about 3 sets of pads on mine with many many track days and they are still holding up great. So this is just a note to the people who do not say drilled should not be used on the track, bottom line is, they can for a while and be ok, it really takes a lot to make them crack. However it will most likely happen near the end of the life of the rotor usally. But unless its a car in the SCCA Pro Racing series, I think for the most part the average guy is ok with drilled for the track! Also, since our drilled rotors are also slotted, they have less holes then an all drilled rotor, which helps the chances of cracking just a TINY TINY bit.

I wonder why it is that the Vipers don't come with the cross drilled/slotted rotors in the 1st place? You'd think it would be standard equipment on these cars by now...it is on my Z06.

If you research the early early technical reasons for slots and holes, you will see that they were due to brake pad technology not being very advanced. Differential bore calipers (like the OEM Viper calipers) address gaseous emissions already. Modern pads don't really need holes for venting and have only slight advantage from cleaning (slots.)
But they look great and have become a icon for racecarishness.

I have to agree, a car of this caliber should have came with slotted or drilled or even a 2pc rotor stock, the ACR is a must, but the regular SRT10s really should have had at least drilled to look good like every other exotic or high performance car... Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Mercedes AMG cars and BMW M cars.
I have EBCs dimpled and slotted on my Gen II and they are working great for me too. Good stuff.

Why do I never hear of anyone running Baer brakes on their cars?
Probably best to stay away from the cheapy Ebay rotors but Roe Racing (and possibly other site vendors) has some low cost slotted/drilled or dimpled rotors available.

My ebay slotted and drilled rotors are still in great shape after around 9K miles. I drive a lot faster than most at times but never on a track. I'm pretty easy on my brakes.
I also think brakes are way over rated on a car that doesn't see tracktime.....

Drilled discs were used in the old days when asbestos&otherorganic pads outgassed a lot, and it was simply to "evacuate" that small layer of gas to keep the pedal from feeling mushy.
These days its only used on some very light race cars, or motorcycles in order to reduce moment of inertia and unsprung weight.
It was never meant for cooling, as the holes decrease the overall mass of the disc therefore the thermal capacity and the holes cast or drilled will always be a stress point and develop cracks.

Sorry I do not have a better picture but I have the Baer rotors and I tell you they look amazing. they are perfect for that show car finish. I get tons of compliments from them. Thank you JonB, I could not be happier with them.Why do I never hear of anyone running Baer brakes on their cars?

Well to be quite honest, that is incorrect, modern pads still create a lot of gasses and a drilled rotor or slotted rotor does help them escape. Also, drilled rotors were never intended to decrease weight as it makes no real difference in weight. Drilled or slotted rotors are a very big plus in wet conditions. Also drilled or slotted do help keep the pad free of small particals and it creates a nice clean pad surface everytime you brake. But whoever says modern brakes do no produce any gasses is very incorrect, as they clearly do.
Drilled dics were not really used that much in the older days, it is actually more of a modern design not typically seen on cars 10-15 years ago. Now almost every single high performance exotic car in the world comes with a drilled or slotted rotor, there is a reason for it, it helps in many ways more then it does not help.
Bottom line why Dodge did not put them standard on a SRT10 is because they tried to keep the costs down, the factory rotors, yet work very well, are a joke and cost nothing to make. The lack of real internal directional cooling veins on the stock rotors shows how much they skimped on.

My looking into this tends to agree more with Dom426h. I don't think he said modern pads create no gasses, but far less than older technology friction materials.
Stoptech published data showing the airflow through their curved vane rotor vs. other competitors and OEM.
StopTech : Balanced Brake Upgrades
The difference from worst to Stoptech is 80 CFM. It's a free benefit but is that significant?
Give Dodge credit for using Brembo calipers with larger downstream pistons, for which the only reason to do so would be to address the gas issue. The state of brake technology is that pads are much better and the need for dimples, holes and slots is low. Street cars drive in the rain more than race cars and if slots were a safety issue NTHSA would require them. Rotor self-cooling is not worth the expense, and I believe Dodge has now put ducting in the Gen 3-4 to direct cooling air into the rotor. If a NACA duct can draw 1000CFM to feed an engine and this air is force fed to the brakes, then a self-generated 80 CFM isn't a factor.
