Alcantara Option for the Future

Just wanted to see if I was alone in hopes that alcantara can someday be an option. It is lighter than leather and would be a cool adder to an ACR. I think it also looks fantastic next to carbon fiber.

Here's to hoping the ACR can wow us on the interior side too!!

Fully wrapped in alcantara or just some pieces? I thought only the roof liner was available in alcantara?

Alcantara, is cool is some areas, but I don't care for everything being wrapped because it is a pain to keep clean, EVERYTHING sticks to it and you are constantly vacuuming it off. If you have seen a LFA with a full wrap you will get the picture.

My friend's Noble M400 has alcantara all over, headliner and seats too.Not a fan myself.I prefer leather.Alcantara needs to be brushed to get lint off, looks cheap to me too.
Saves weight ,give credit to that.Car weighs 2350 lbs with 575 HP on tap with 15 pounds boost!
