I would like to start a Spread Sheet of all Sapphire Vipers. I would like to see how close I can come to tracking all of the Sapphire cars. I am mostly interested in the 86 striped cars but am not going to discriminate so if you own a Sapphire Viper, solid or striped ACR or GTS please send me the following information.

First of all, I can't tell you how happy I am that you are compiling this list. Finally the King of Vipers - Sapphire Blue is being tracked. I dare say the Sapphire Blue, in my humble opinion, is more significant than the FE's (clearly I am biased)

3. Not for sale! (and never will be)

I was the second owner, first was a lady who leased it for 2 years and put around 146 or so miles on it before I got it.

There's saphire ACR for sale here in Calgary. 5800kms, stripes, all stock, comfort group, no fog lamps. It was a one owner Canadian car, currently at a high end dealer. I could possibly get the VIN, if you need it. 70K CAD is the asking price.

Obsidian.....Sapphire blue was offered only in 2001 and the factory color options were either solid blue or with the silver stripes. I had a solid blue one with the cognac interior. I suspect that your stripes are aftermarket.

Thanks for the tip. I had no idea, and I never even thought about it. I will check with the previous owner to see when the stripes were added. Maybe I have the only Sapphire Blue with white stripes, after all. (Quite frankly, I think the silver stripe looks better)
