Finally got them on! Fresh PS2's thanks to the VCA raffle last fall and inexpensive 6-spokes thanks to Chrysler and their financial wisdom! :D Old set was PS1's, you can definitely tell the difference! Heard every rock and pebble on the road!

As an aside - the tire place commented on the quality of the tires and wheels. He said they balanced so well, the maximum he put on a wheel was 1oz!

Thanks all - and to answer the question above, yep...stock brakes. Was worried about how they would look all exposed and all, but the shine of the rotors really comes through!

What I like about them is they are 'edgier' than the 'wagon wheels'. I suppose the design is supposed to complement the design of the Gen4's, but the contrast of them to the curves of the GTS is astounding.

Congratulations and thank you for posting pictures.
Those were the tires sponsored by Michelin for that raffle.:)

Correct! It killed me when they arrived - the manufacture date was only about 2 months from my receiving them, then I waited 5 months to finally get them on.......friggin' Iowa.....:D

I am DYING to see these wheels on my black GTS. I know that they are really a deal now but can you PM me and let me know what they set you back?

Thanks,
Ron

PhoenixGTS...I'd kill for that color combo of yours. I love stripe-less silver coupes.

Take a look folks, this is the way it's supposed to be done. Big wheels with monster brakes snuggly tucked insided. If you want the awesome sports car look this is the way to do it. Otherwise contact MTV for a spot on **** Rides.

Great job Detlef. :2tu: :2tu: :2tu:
