Does anyone have any early experience with the Corsa exhaust for the SRT? I ordered one today so it would be great to get some input. Thanks

$ 1,400 for "noise" and maybe 15hp you can't feel...... I'd rather spend $ 60 and go the glass pack route to get the same result...

DoctorBob,

Can't speak for the Corsa but I did add the Belanger system to the car. Sound is great at WOT...and really nice at cruise...

I have the Borla exhaust on my SRT-10. Sounds great!! Loud but not offensive. Good WOT hum. Gotta keep a low throttle around the neighbors, though. Chrome exhaust tips are nice as well.

I'm all for saving money, but I doubt cherry bombs will sound as good as the Corsa, not to mention the drone elimination Corsa is known for.... In addition, those cherry bombs are prone to quick rusting. I've dealt with them on my older muscle cars. After a year or two, they were shot. If your looking to save $$$, at least get a quality glass pack from the Summit/Jegs catalogue. If memory serves, quality pieces for $60-$100 each. Not sure if any HP/Torque will be gained, but will definately give a distinct sound.

I ordered the Corsa exhaust though the Dodge dealer I use in Phoenix. If I get a negative review to my question, I can pass on my order.

I can't speak about the SRT-10 Viper version of the Corsa, but I had a Corsa cat-back exhaust on my Corvette convertible and I loved the combination of quiet cruising and melodic roar when I punched the gas. That's why I ordered the Corsa cat-back for my GenII R/T10 Viper, and I have also been really pleased with the cruiser-to-racer transformation in sound depending on how aggressively I drive the car.

It's a fair guess that Corsa's SRT-10 Viper exhaust has the same qualities as my last two Corsa exhausts, and I'd probably get one if I owned an SRT-10 Viper just from my good experiences with my other cars.

We have probably sold well over 150 units in the past two years and their quality is superb, along with the sound. It may be more than the cherry bomb route, but after having to repair a couple of the custom type jobs I think you will be well pleased with the result. If Eddie is doing the install, you can also count on it being done right!
