Being a Chicagoan, and looking to learn on who to avoid, will you please post the dealerships name in this thread or PM me so that I know to stay the hell away from them when the time comes for a service call?

Glad to hear it worked out. I didn't read every post in this thread but was it a Viper Specialist/Technician that was driving the car? Long story but my viper Tech drove my car 50+ miles once and I completely trust him. Hope you are able work out a good deal on the 08 after this situation!
