Any land mines removing the driveshaft in Gen II?

I have a service manual but haven't checked it out regarding driveshaft removal yet. I'm thinking once the plate is off it should be straightforward. Are there any obstructions I am not remembering? Belanger exhaust rear half maybe?

Nope it's a piece of cake. Check the strap bolts though you might want to have some new ones close by, and depending on how you lift it plug the back of the transmission while it's out.

Oh cool. So if the rear is a bit higher than the front I don't have to change the tranny fluid (mine is fairly fresh)?

And don't forget that you must replace the straps and strap bolts! This isn't optional!!!
