Any reasonably priced wheels(and tires)??

Anyone know of any wheels available for the SRT, without associated Viper tax?? Also any other tire options? (Tires)-Street and track, using proper fitments (18" front, 19" rear)??

HREs don't have the Viper tax... they're all expensive.
