In warm weather regions the highways are lane deliniated with plastic reflective dots (Botts Dots).
They are usually arranged with 4 Dots then 4 blank spaces, a single dot, then 4 more blank spaces, then 4 dots.
.... . .... . .... . ....
When I change lines, and am bored, I try to hit as few dots as possible with both front and back tires. I justify this as practicing tire placement. The goal is to change lanes without hitting a single dot.
Harder than it sounds as speed changes the angle of attack.
Wonder if I was the only weirdo doing this.?
